Reservation & Payment Policy

Clear, fair terms so you always know where you stand. If a genuine emergency or flight disruption affects your booking, talk to us — we're reasonable people.

Booking & Deposits

Bookings more than 7 days ahead

A 50% deposit confirms and secures your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your service begins.

Bookings within 7 days

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm availability of a chauffeur and vehicle at short notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • More than 72 hours before: full refund of any amount paid.
  • 48–72 hours before: 50% refund.
  • Less than 48 hours before: non-refundable.

Flight delays and genuine emergencies are handled case by case — we will always try to reschedule rather than penalise you.

Corporate Accounts

NET 7 / NET 14 Invoicing

Companies booking regularly — or our Weekly and Monthly packages — can apply for a corporate account with consolidated invoicing on NET 7 or NET 14 terms. A dedicated account manager handles your bookings and billing.

Pricing Transparency

All quoted package rates include the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, and waiting time. Tolls and parking are managed by your chauffeur and reconciled clearly — never added as surprise charges. There is no surge pricing and no haggling.
