Is this a taxi or a ride-hailing service?

No. Jakarta Local is a private chauffeur and concierge service. Your driver is assigned to you for the booked period, waits between stops, and acts as a knowledgeable local host — not a metered one-off ride.
How do I book, and how far in advance?

Booking is done over WhatsApp or our contact form. We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead for guaranteed availability, though we will always try to accommodate shorter notice.
Can you pick me up from the airport (CGK / Halim)?

Absolutely. Airport transfers are one of our most requested services. We monitor your flight, meet you on arrival, and handle your luggage — even if your flight is delayed.
What vehicles do you use?

We operate three comfort tiers: Standard Comfort for solo travellers and couples, Premium MPV for families and small teams, and Executive Sedan for corporate and VIP travel. The exact model may vary, but the comfort category you book is always guaranteed.
How is pricing structured?

We use transparent flat package rates agreed before your trip. The quoted price includes the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, and waiting time. Tolls and parking are handled by your chauffeur and reconciled clearly — never as surprise add-ons.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfer, QRIS, Wise, and major credit cards (Visa / Mastercard). Corporate clients can also arrange NET 7 or NET 14 invoicing.
Do you require a deposit?

For bookings more than seven days out, a 50% deposit secures your date with the balance due 48 hours before. Bookings within seven days are paid in full. Full details are on our Reservation & Payment Policy page.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 72 hours before your booking receive a full refund; 48–72 hours receive a 50% refund; under 48 hours are non-refundable. We're always reasonable about genuine emergencies and flight disruptions.
Can I hire a chauffeur for several days or a whole week?

Yes — our Weekly Business Chauffeur and Monthly Executive Mobility packages are built exactly for this, with the same dedicated driver throughout and significant per-day savings.
Can you help me as a newly-arrived expat?
